Online ordering is finally an option at this restaurant. However, two requests were entered on two separate items and neither was fulfilled.
When the order was started, I selected pickup - ASAP - and the service reported an approx 15 minute wait. However, after paying for it, I got a message it would be an hour. We went to the restaurant approximately 10 minutes later as phone in orders were usually ready within 10-20 minutes. The staff told us that they may decide to extend the wait time if they feel they can't meet the time suggested. They did move the order up so we didn't have to wait, however if it had said 60 minute wait at the beginning of the order we would have taken our business elsewhere to accommodate our schedules.

The highlight was the chicken balls, I ordered lemon chicken expecting breaded chicken, instead I got spicy chicken with noodles and vegetables.

Delicious and was happy to have steamed rice as a substitution for fried rice. Did not find fortune cookies in the bag. 😢

The spring rolls in our bowls were a little too brown . Other than this it was delicious
